Service Area

Klnzr currently operates across Greater Cairo, including Nasr City, Heliopolis, Maadi, Zamalek, New Cairo, and surrounding areas. Service availability is shown in the app based on your location. Bookings outside covered areas may not be fulfilled.

Pickup & Delivery Services

For services that require collecting your items (carpets, laundry, shoes), the supplier will contact you to confirm a pickup window after you place your booking. Typical pickup windows are:

• Shoe cleaning: pickup within 24 hours, back with you in 24 to 48 hours.
• Carpet cleaning: pickup within 24 hours, back in 48 to 72 hours depending on the carpet and how bad it is.
• Laundry: pickup within 24 hours, back in 24 to 48 hours, or same day where the provider offers it.

On-Site Services

For anything done at your address (home car wash, AC cleaning, pest control, pet grooming, gardening), the provider comes to the address you set in the app inside the window you picked. You get a notification the moment they set off.

Delivery Fees

A delivery fee may apply for pickup/drop-off services. The exact fee is displayed in the booking summary before you confirm payment. Delivery fees are non-refundable once a pickup has been completed.

Delays & Rescheduling

If a supplier is unable to meet the scheduled window, you will be notified via the app. You may reschedule at no extra cost. Klnzr is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our suppliers' control.

Missed Pickups

If a supplier arrives for pickup and is unable to access your location or contact you, the booking may be marked as a failed attempt. A re-pickup may incur an additional small fee. Please ensure someone is available at the agreed time.
